Permission To Talk – Panel Talks
During Rotterdam Art Week, JumpstArt hosts an afternoon of panel talks for artists and cultural professionals. The conversations focus on creative independence, peer-to-peer community building and access to cultural rights.
Artists, curators and cultural professionals from across Europe will share their perspectives and experiences.
The event is organised in collaboration with Club 707 (Paris) and Backhaus Projects (Berlin).

18:30 – 21:00 – Food and drinks
After the talks, everyone is invited to stay for informal conversations

About Permission to Try
This event is part of Permission to Try, a collaborative project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.
The project is led by Club 707 (Paris), JumpstArt Foundation (Rotterdam), and Backhaus Projects (Berlin). It supports lifelong learning and professional development for independent creatives.
Throughout 2026, the partners will organise panel talks, creative workshops, and a collective exhibition in their respective countries.
